Xerox DocuColor 252 (DC250) random cyan spots
I've seen a couple of threads on the subject here, only none have solved the problem and so far.
A customer has a DocuColor 252. He gets random cyan spots on every other print or so. I accept fastened an example.
So far I have changed drum, then developer, then toner, and all filters. Changing developer helped for a very short while (200 prints or so), only then the problem came back.
Not certain what else to look for. Developer and/or drum drive peradventure?

Xerox DocuColor 252 (DC250) random cyan spots
I've seen a couple of threads on the subject here, but none have solved the problem and then far.
A customer has a DocuColor 252. He gets random cyan spots on every other print or so. I have attached an case.
So far I have inverse drum, then developer, then toner, and all filters. Changing programmer helped for a very short while (200 prints or so), but so the problem came back.
Not certain what else to await for. Programmer and/or pulsate drive maybe?
Did y'all supersede the Developer Housing and Developer Charge (Powder)? If yous merely changed 1 you will need to replace both to be on the safe side. When the developer was replaced did yous input the new numbers into the machine for the ATC sensors? Check Developer housing to make sure that the encompass is flush on both sides and has three slots inserted into frame. Has to get in on an angle. Both sides have to exist snapped in over the rounded edge to make a complete seal. If not make sure you input those numbers in at that place.
Next bank check the grit shield within the car by pulling out the drum drawer and cover from low-cal, pull out the fuser drawer out and so push in both "stops" on each side and pull farther. Modest hole in middle of rail. Clean the rear of this drawer, build up on the 2nd BTR connectors. Open the IBT drawer, BE VERY Careful REMOVING THE IBT IF Y'all CHOSE TO. (You have to extend fuser drawer as noted to a higher place)
Within the machine on the right paw side between the pulsate drawer and fuser drawer at that place is a black plastic encompass. At that place maybe a build upwardly of toner on there. Get downwards on the floor to get your hands upwardly into the machine to clean with rag or vacuum if needed. If you lot cant you volition have to remove the fuser drawer. I would suggest that if you chose to remove the Pulsate, Fuser and IBT assy drawers you may likewise clean the ROS fans, unabridged cavity in that expanse. Amend safety than sorry on this one. If that does not work and you are still dropping toner. See beneath.Check and run the Toner Dispense motors to make sure they are not clogged upwards shooting toner when it unclogs. Clean unabridged drum tray to include the metal support brackets are gratis of toner. Mistake codes in the 093 range would be in history if any had problems.
99% of the fourth dimension replacing the Programmer Housing and Accuse (Powder) has solved this issue. If y'all have picked this up on a new contract, spend ane 60 minutes and clean the machine to save yourself alot of fourth dimension downward the road for CQ issues for dust related problems. NO GENERIC TONERS, DRUMS on this machine.

Thank you for the suggestions. Both housing and programmer were changed and ATC sensor data correctly inserted. I am pretty confident the encompass was placed correctly too. I always double check. Whenever I change developer I remove drawers and use toner vacuum cleaner to make clean out the machine. Since the trouble simply occurs on cyan I was focusing on that direction. I take checked the manipulate motor from component command and this seems to be running fine.

Is the toner genuine? I had a few that rattled inside the toner cartridge due to solid lumps being in the cartridge, fifty-fifty on genuine ones also, if it was okay after programmer alter for 200 prints, seems like toner issue

Toner is 100% 18-carat Xerox. I have replaced it with an other original Xerox toner, same problem.

Re: Xerox DocuColor 252 (DC250) random cyan spots
Went there once more today, double checked if everything was alright, cleaned out automobile, and manually toned downward cyan a fleck. Prints were clean for a footling while, but the spots came back. There was some build-up of toner on the developer surface. This build-upwards releases every other impress or so and causes the sports. I'one thousand suspecting either the drum drive or the developer drive at present. If one of them is not rotating at the correct speed, that could crusade the build-up right?
Programmer, toner and pulsate are all make new and so I've ruled them out.

I still oasis't been able to resolve this. In improver to the cyan toner, drum, developer housing and developer I have also replaced the cyan drum bulldoze and the developer motors. I'm getting a bit drastic...

I have finally been able to resolve this.Information technology was, later on all, it bad toner. As there'southward toner residue in both the dispenser as well as the drum it is super important to supplant toner, pulsate and developer at the same time and brand sure all toner is gone from the dispenser.
